Gender Pay Gap Report 2021
Gender Pay Gap Written Statement. 4th October 2021
Assessment of Data Analysed for period 2021/21 and submitted to Government Equalities Office October 2021
Armstrong Logistics are full compliant with all relevant legislation, as outlined by the Government, the Gender pay Gap is an analysis of the difference (mean or median) earning of men and woman across our workforce. For the purpose of our reporting therefore, we have classed all subjects that were paid in the pay period as “Full Pay Relevant Employees” and used their hourly rate regardless of hours worked.
“Bonus” are new to operations within our business, and in the male minority factor within the logistics sector.
Results Analysis
Armstrong Logistics is very heavily male dominated, therefore our data returns a very low percentage of female workforce resulting in direct comparisons of pay between genders. Even though the male to female ratio is still overwhelmingly male, our year on year results have found that the female population has been increasing year on year since the data analysis of April 2018.
